ก่อนอื่นต้องบอกก่อนนะ ว่าเราก็แพ้ง่าย&nbsp;&nbsp; และคนเราแพ้ต่างกัน&nbsp; คุณต้องหาตัวเองให้เจอว่า คุณแพ้อะไร&nbsp; เช่น&nbsp; แพ้กรดวตามินเอ (retinol )&nbsp; หรือ เอเอชเอ (มะขามเปียก มะนาย)&nbsp; หรือ บีเอชเอ ( salicylic acid) ซื้อมีใน กลุ่มผลิตภัณฑ์รักษาสิว&nbsp; หรือ วิตามินซี&nbsp; หรือแม้กระทั่งสาร sls&nbsp; ที่มีในเจลหรือโฟม ล้างหน้าบางยี่ห้อ&nbsp; <br><br>คุณต้องอ่านส่วนผสมหลังขวด เพื่อดูว่า มีสารเหล่านี้รึเปล่า เพราะพวกนี้ก่อการระคายเคืองได้ง่ายคะ<br><br>สำหรับเรา เราแพ้กลุ่มข้างต้นที่บอกไป การดูแลสภาพผิว&nbsp; ถ้าหากผิวมีืผื่นอยู่ แนะนำว่า<br>- cleansing เช็ดเครื่องสำอาง<br>- ล้างด้วยผลิตภัณฑ์ที่อ่อนโยน เช่น ฟิสิโอเจล<br>- เจลว่านหางจระเข้&nbsp; ช่วยลดการอักเสบของผิว และลดผื่นได้ <br>- ทากันแดด<br><br>ต้องสำรวจดูว่า สิ่งที่ใช้อยู่ มีสารก่อการแพ้รึเปล่า<br>

<br>ลองดูก่อนว่า เราแพ้เมคอัพหรือว่าสกินแคร์กันแน่ค่ะ ลองใช้ทีละอย่างๆ แล้วดูว่าแพ้ตัวไหน คนที่แพ้ง่ายๆก็ต้องหาผลิตภัณฑ์สำหรับผิวแพ้ง่าย (แต่บางคนก็ยังแพ้นะ) แล้วก็ทำความสะอาดหน้าดีๆ เน้นเรื่องการทำความสะอาดด้วยะนคะ

คิดเหมือนกันค่ะว่าจะต้องเน้นเรื่องการทำความสะอาดหน้า แต่บางครั้งก็กลัวแบบที่เราซื้อ ๆ มาใช้มันจะไม่อ่อนโยนจริงๆอ่า ไม่แน่ใจว่ามีใครเคยใช้สมูทอีลิควิดบ้างป่ะคะ เราเห็นในโลตัสอะ น่าใช่ แต่ยังไม่กล้าซื้ออยากดูfeedback ก่อน

พยายามแต่งหน้าให้น้อยลงดีมั้ยเอ่ย แล้วก็เลือกใช้อะรไที่มันเหมาะกับพวกแพ้ง่ายอะไรงี้ดีกว่า
